Who we are
This site is operated by Tony Isaac Ojok, a sole trader based in Kampala, Uganda. For anything in this policy, contact tojok08@gmail.com.
We never see anything you write in the workbook. The trackers are yours. There is no app, no account, and no sync — nothing you record about your sleep is transmitted anywhere or visible to us.
What we collect
When you buy. Paddle.com handles checkout as Merchant of Record. They collect your name, email address, payment details and the country you're buying from. We never see or store your card number. We receive your email address and order details so we can deliver the file and handle support.
If you join the email list. Your email address, and the date you subscribed.
When you visit. Standard server logs, and basic analytics if enabled — pages viewed and approximate country. We don't build advertising profiles.
Health information
We do not collect health information about you. We don't ask about your sleep, your diagnoses, or your medication, and we have no way to see what you write in your trackers.
If you choose to tell us something about your health in a support email, we use it only to answer you, and we don't add it to any list or profile.
Why we use it
- To deliver the product you bought and send your receipt
- To answer your emails and process refunds
- To send you emails you asked for, if you subscribed
- To meet tax and accounting obligations
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run this: Paddle (payments and order processing), our email provider, and our website host. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email tojok08@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
For data held by Paddle as Merchant of Record, you can contact Paddle directly as well.
Cookies
This site uses only what's necessary to function, plus analytics if enabled. Paddle's checkout sets its own cookies needed to process your payment securely.
Children
This product is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears here with a new date.
